Initial Cleanse: Apply a small amount of Heightened Shampoo to wet hair. Gently massage into the scalp to develop a rich lather focused on lifting dirt, sebum, and impurities. Rinse thoroughly.
Second Cleanse: Reapply a small amount of shampoo. The second application usually produces more lather, indicating a cleaner scalp. Massage again and rinse thoroughly to ensure a deep clean.
Condition: Follow up with a small amount conditioner to mid-lengths and ends.
